Advocate Vineet Dhanda did mention in the Supreme Court for hearing out his petition where the demand of directions by the court was claimed to make sure Centre for the extradition of diamantaire cheat Nirav Modi and setting of certain prescribed guidelines for the one who wishes to take loans.

Economic frauds are the biggest reason for extradition and this PNB Scam is worth about Rs. 11,000 and plus crores Letters od undertakings.

Admission has been made by the court for hearing of his petition on Friday. The petitioner demands there should be prescribed guidelines which need to be maintained for the people who are willing to take loans above Rs 10 million.

Other demands of the petitioner are as followed, there should be a settling of an expert panel to study thoroughly about bad loans of Rs 500 cr and above and a SIT probe is to be availed.
