Cms Advises Turn/River Capital On €315M Strategic Investment In Redwood Software

International law firm CMS has advised growth equity firm Turn/River Capital on its €315 million strategic investment in Redwood Software, a leading provider of cloud-based business and IT process automation solutions.

Founded in 1993, Netherlands-based Redwood serves thousands of global enterprise customers and has a long history of providing its clients with powerful automation tools. Turn/River’s investment will enable Redwood to accelerate new feature development for its industry-leading IT and business process automation platform, deepening its leadership in evolving automation tools for the modern workplace.

The CMS team was led by Tom Jameson (CMS London) and Pieter van Duijvenvoorde (CMS Amsterdam), with Igor Stenzel leading from CMS Berlin and Daniel Jenny leading from CMS Zurich.
