Dentons advised CPI Property Group (CPI), the largest commercial property owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, on the acquisition of Equator I office building in Warsaw. The seller – the Austrian entity Immofinanz – is one of the largest investors on the Warsaw office market.

Equator I is the first of the four buildings included in the ‘Equator Office Park’ – a complex located at Al. Jerozolimskie, at the border of Ochota and Wola districts in Warsaw. This is an A-class office building, offering over 19,500 sq. m. of modern office space, located on 15 floors. The property was opened in 2008 as the first stage of the investment. Equator I is the eleventh office property in Warsaw owned by CPI and the third acquired by the company in 2020.

The transaction was led by Monika Sitowicz (Partner), Andrzej Włoch (Senior Associate) and Karolina Ostrowska (Associate).
